Milk of Magnesia or milk of magnesia?

Our Facebook experts concentrated on a few things, some things we know as medical transcriptionists, capitalize brand names in drugs.  This begs the next question.  Is Milk of Magnesia a brand name?

Drugs.com says yes.

    I wouldn’t capitalize milk of magnesia unless it were used with a brand name:
    Phillips’ Milk of Magnesia 🙂
