    SR is improving with context, but it still needs improvement. It still makes mistakes a human would not make, still missing logic. Good dictating etiquette needs to be followed for optimal results, something that is sadly lacking. SR seems to be better in smaller group settings. In larger hospital settings with multiple MTs, the recognition seems to learn and unlearn. If MTs were paid hourly for SR instead of on production, I think we might have better recognition by now. I have a problem with front-end speech recognition. In my opinion, it is a dangerous practice to self-edit your speech recognition work. We tend to not see our own errors.
